Rebuilding the conservatory from the ground up turned out to be far too costly. Since the existing brickwork and foundation were still in excellent condition, it made much more sense to opt for a replacement rather than a full rebuild.
Our client planned to use the space as a dining room, so it was crucial to ensure plenty of natural light while also keeping the space well-insulated for year-round use.
