What does The Alexander Windows Unique Lifetime Warranty cover?

We guarantee to replace or repair any frame covered by this warranty which proves defective due to yellowing, corrosion, faulty workmanship or faulty materials, for as long as our original customer remains in residence at the installation address.

This warranty covers double-glazed units, locking mechanisms and hinges, but does not cover accidental damage or natural weathering and tarnishing. Some other products are covered by specific guarantees, each of which is amongst the best available in the relevant sector.

What are casement windows?

A casement window is a window that is attached to the frame by one or more hinges, with an opening mechanism which cranks the window open outwards. Casement windows can come top hung, bottom hung, side hung or fixed.

What makes casement windows better for my home?
