The protection of your data is important to Alexander Windows Ltd. Data is stored in a secure environment within our accounting software and within a CRM environment with strictly controlled access via a web browser with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection and encrypted passwords, with daily encrypted back-ups. The servers that hold data are maintained and patched regularly against threats.
Data can be exported from our database as a CSV file, typically to enable the information to be used to contact customers by post, telephone or email.

Your data is only disclosed to employees of Alexander Windows Ltd and Alexander Holdings Ltd, the parent company of Alexander Windows Ltd, and to outsourced suppliers such as electricians and plasterers.

The email address Users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their enquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If the User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or the User may contact us via our Site.
We may also need to disclose information to authorities or professionals for legal reasons or in the case of a dispute.

7. How long do we hold personal data?

We retain personal data for as long as a customer is active and for 2 years afterwards, unless you ask us to retain your information.
